SET UP:
Thursday, March 18 - anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Friday, March 19 – anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
 
TAKE DOWN: 
Sunday, March 21 – by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) 

NOTE:  The gates close to vendors at 11:30 AM.  ALL vehicles must be removed before 11:30 AM.  This is a safety issue.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

BOOTH RENTAL FEES:
Fee is total for all three days.

  • $150.00           Outdoors open space. (15’x15’)
  • $175.00           Outdoors open space with electricity. (15’x15’)
  • $175.00           Outdoors covered space with electricity. (10’x10’)

SPACE ALLOCATION AND PLACEMENT:
The spaces allocated to vendors are assigned on a first-paid basis.  Assignments are made as applications AND fees are submitted. Booth assignments are given at check-in.  All vendors are required to keep their spaces clean throughout the rally weekend. Cancellation by a vendor based on dissatisfaction with space assignment will not be grounds for a refund of fees.

VENDING:
Vendors may conduct business only inside their rented booth and in its immediate vicinity.  No vendor may conduct business by “strolling” through the park grounds. We reserve the right to require any vendor to remove from display and immediately cease selling or distributing any item that Thunder committee or Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce deem as inappropriate and/or that might cause a disturbance.  If unsure about one of your products or services, just ask us now.  It will save you any disruptions during the rally. 

SALES TAX:
Vendors who sell any items subject to Texas Sales Tax must assume all responsibility and liability for collection of sales tax on items and subsequent payment to the State.  Thunder on the Colorado Biker Rally, the Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Smithville are in no way responsible for this matter.

CANCELLATION:
Refunds are dependent upon the resale of the booth space.  Refunds will NOT be granted for cancellation notices received less than 48 hours prior to March 19th.

STATEMENT OF POLICY:
We accept no liability in the loss or damage, either by theft or act of God, to any merchandise, fixtures, literature and/or personal property belonging to any and all vendors.  Vendors should understand that this liability and responsibility lies solely with them.

ADMITTANCE RESTRICTIONS: 

No person under the age of 21 will be allowed in the fenced area of the rally. 

No pets/animals will be allowed in the fenced area of the rally.  No exceptions.
