What's better than a Fun Ride in the countryside?
ANSWER:   Two Rides

Yes, at this year's Thunder Rally, you can take your pick of rides.     A super-stud 115 mile ride is set heading to the south with a shorter ride around the area.  You can choose.

Saturday:   10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

TO REGISTER FOR RIDE PRIZE:

To be eligible for the prize drawing at the end of the ride (Riverbend Park), you must register at the REGISTRATION TABLES just across from the Entrance Booth inside.  You can't miss it.

Cost is $10 per person.

HOW THIS GAME IS PLAYED:

At 10:00 AM Saturday at registration, riders will be given Fun Ride maps.   Riders can take off on the route of their choice.    Each bike must stop at each stop on their route, and pick up a token.   You must be back to Riverbend Park by 3:00 PM.    If you have all of your tokens, then your name will be put into a drawing.  Winner takes half the registration pot.

The remainder of the pot is donated to Bikers Against Child Abuse, a Bastrop County biking group which works with the local justice system.  So no matter what, you get a great ride, stop at some great places with refreshments and fellow bikers, and support a great cause.

CAUTION: 

Choose your ride route well.   3:00 PM is the deadline to put your name in the hopper.   Late comers will not be accepted.
